Raymond® ISO D-Line series Die Springs (direct replacement for other Die Springs on the market) are offered in six robust duty ranges: ultra-light, light, medium, heavy, extra heavy, and ultra-strong.
ISO D-Line Die Springs are ideal for sheet metal forming or other press tool applications that need a spring force applied or other applications that need to store and release energy. Die Springs can apply a higher force per inch of compression or deflection than traditional, round wire Compression Springs. Utilizing Raymond® Die Springs enables high lifecycles, longer durability, and longer time between maintenance teardowns.
